Orders & Delivery
Orders can be placed via the webshop or by appointment at my home studio. Once payment is received, I start your order right away. Custom pieces take about 6–8 weeks to make, depending on materials. Because each item is made especially for you, orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
Custom Work
If you have a unique idea for a wedding ring or memorial piece, I’m happy to help bring it to life. After we discuss your wishes, I’ll provide a quote valid for four weeks. Once approved and paid in full, I begin creating your piece.
Shipping
You can send personal materials (such as ashes, hair, or flowers) in a well-sealed bag. Items are shipped back insured via PostNL or collected by appointment. I’m not responsible for loss or theft during transit.
Returns & Warranty
Due to their personal nature, custom-made items cannot be returned or exchanged. If there’s an issue, please let me know within two weeks so we can discuss a solution. All custom work comes with a 6-month warranty on material or construction defects. Normal wear and tear is not covered.
Natural Materials
Every piece is unique. Variations in colour, texture, or pattern are part of the beauty of working with natural materials. The final design may differ slightly from examples shown.
